We are looking for a Manager in International Corporate Tax & Transformation to join an audit and consulting team. You will be a trusted advisor to our multinational clients and Swiss SMEs, combining sharp technical expertise with strategic counsel on complex tax matters.
This role combines technical responsibilities (tax audit, tax accounting IFRS/GAAP, BEPS Pillar 2) and end-to-end client management, with an opportunity to mentor and develop team members.
Candidate Profile
Non-negotiable Requirements:
Professional fluency in English and German (French a plus)
Min. 5 to 9 years' experience in tax audit, tax accounting, or international corporate tax consulting
Proven experience in recognized consulting firms : expertise in Swiss and international corporate tax, tax audit, IFRS/US GAAP
Deep knowledge of the Swiss tax market (non-negotiable)
Understanding of the audit-tax nexus and ability to work cross-functionally
Highly Desirable:
STEX (Swiss Certified Tax Expert) qualification
Experience in leading consulting or audit firms
Combined experience in consulting and in-house corporate roles
Familiarity with BEPS Pillar 2 matters and digital transformation of tax/accounting functions
Your Key Responsibilities
Trusted Advisor : lead complex engagements in direct and international taxation ; serve as the primary client contact point
Technical Leader : manage tax audits for multinational groups and Swiss entities, partnering with assurance teams ; deliver integrated tax perspectives
Transformation Partner : support clients in redesigning their tax functions (processes, data, tools) ; combine technical expertise with process and technology perspectives
BEPS Specialist : develop deep expertise in Pillar 2, assess impacts for audit and advisory engagements, guide clients on strategic implications
Portfolio Manager : oversee end-to-end engagement planning, deliverables, and continuous improvement ; ensure quality and client satisfaction
Team Leader : coach and develop team members ; contribute to a collaborative and ambitious team culture
