As part of the Trade, Industries & Services team, you will work with national and international clients across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, trading, and services. You will be exposed to complex business and accounting matters in a dynamic economic environment, while working alongside diverse and motivated colleagues. Your Impact
In this role, you will:
Lead, coordinate, and contribute to audits of annual and consolidated financial statements for national and international companies.
Plan, perform, and finalize audit engagements in collaboration with Engagement Managers and other specialists.
Assess business processes, internal controls, and financial reporting risks.
Advise clients on complex accounting and reporting matters under Swiss GAAP, including OR, IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER, and US GAAP.
Perform special audits, assurance assignments, and other project-related engagements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and develop a thorough understanding of their businesses, industries, opportunities, and risks.
Take responsibility for assigned projects and contribute actively to the quality and efficiency of audit engagements.
Coach and support junior team members, contribute to their professional development, and promote a positive and inspiring team culture.
Use digital audit tools, data analytics, and automation solutions to enhance audit quality and efficiency.
Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of digital audit methodologies and tools.
Participate in the Trade, Industries & Services community and contribute to internal initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities.
Your Profile
You have:
A recognized Swiss audit qualification, are currently completing the Swiss Certified Public Accountant qualification, or hold an equivalent qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CPA.
Between two and seven years of professional experience in audit, ideally in a Big Four or comparable international environment.
Experience auditing companies in different industries, with exposure to financial, operational, and regulatory audit topics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a high level of attention to detail and quality.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to take responsibility from an early stage.
A strong coaching mentality and a genuine interest in supporting the development of colleagues and future talent.
A keen interest in digital solutions, data analytics, and audit technologies such as Alteryx, Power BI, or comparable tools.
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
The flexibility and willingness to travel to client sites, with travel requirements of up to 60%.
