The Opportunity

As part of our Tax Accounting & Risk Advisory Services practice, you will operate at the intersection of tax and assurance: working like an auditor, grounded in tax law, and exposed to some of the most complex and internationally relevant topics in financial reporting.
You will work with leading national and international banks and insurance companies, helping them navigate increasingly complex tax reporting requirements, redesign their tax functions, and embrace transformation through technology and AI. Your Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor and central point of contact for clients and colleagues on complex direct tax accounting matters
Lead tax audits for international groups and Swiss entities, working closely with assurance teams and bringing together tax and audit perspectives
Support clients in transforming their tax functions, combining technical expertise with process, data, and technology-driven solutions
Develop deep expertise in areas such as BEPS Pillar 2 and assess implications for both audit and advisory engagements
Manage client portfolios end-to-end, including planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of processes and quality
Coach and develop team members, contributing to a high-performing, collaborative, and ambitious team culture
Your Profile
5 to 9 years of experience in tax accounting, tax audit, or a comparable role, ideally in an international environment (Big 4 or consulting background strongly preferred)
Solid background in Swiss and international corporate tax, combined with experience in tax audit and accounting
Strong understanding of IFRS and/or US GAAP tax reporting, with the ability to connect technical topics across disciplines
Proven and non-negotiable experience in the Swiss tax market; Swiss Certified Tax Expert (STEX) qualification is highly desirable
Professional fluency in both German and English is mandatory
A structured, solution-oriented mindset combined with strong project management skills
Curiosity and openness to innovation, particularly in leveraging technology and AI in tax and reporting contexts
A collaborative mindset and clear, confident communication style
