About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading international consulting and professional services firm, is looking for an experienced Manager – Digital Audit to join its growing Financial Services practice in Switzerland.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with leading banks, insurance companies, wealth managers and asset managers, helping them strengthen their IT control environments while supporting their digital transformation initiatives.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary experts on complex, high-impact engagements involving technology risk, digital assurance, data analytics and emerging technologies.
Your Responsibilities
As a Manager within the Digital Audit practice, you will:
Lead complex Digital Audit engagements with a strong focus on IT General Controls (ITGCs), ERP environments and IT-enabled business processes.
Assess IT control frameworks, identify technology risks and provide pragmatic recommendations to strengthen governance and compliance.
Deliver innovative, technology-driven assurance solutions tailored to each client's business challenges.
Build and maintain trusted client relationships while supporting business development initiatives, proposals and client presentations.
Manage, coach and develop high-performing teams in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Drive innovation by leveraging modern technologies such as data analytics, automation and Artificial Intelligence to enhance audit quality and efficiency.
Contribute to the continuous development of methodologies, best practices and digital assurance capabilities.
Your Profile
You bring a strong combination of technical expertise, leadership and commercial acumen.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related discipline.
CISA or CISM certification, or willingness to obtain one.
Experience
5+ years of experience in IT Audit, Technology Risk, Digital Assurance or IT Consulting within a leading international consulting firm (Big4 experience strongly preferred).
Proven experience delivering Digital Audit or Technology Risk engagements for Financial Services clients.
Demonstrated success in business development, proposal management and client relationship management.
Experience leading projects and developing high-performing teams.
Technical Expertise
Strong knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
IT General Controls (ITGC)
AI Governance and AI/ML model assurance
Cloud technologies and Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Cybersecurity and IT Risk Management
Finance Transformation
Data Analytics and Data Governance
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Automation
Blockchain technologies and Digital Assets
Personal Skills
Excellent project management and leadership capabilities.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Outstanding stakeholder management and networking abilities.
Excellent report-writing skills.
Languages
Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
French is considered a strong asset.
