We are recruiting a Global Procurement Manager for a leading international company operating in a premium consumer goods environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to lead global sourcing initiatives, develop category strategies, and partner with international stakeholders to deliver value through strategic procurement and supplier management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute global sourcing and category strategies for indirect procurement categories.
Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier identification, RFIs/RFPs, commercial negotiations and contract implementation.
Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into sourcing strategies.
Manage supplier performance, identify new vendors and support long-term supplier relationship development.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing agreements and contracts while ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
Monitor procurement performance through spend analysis, savings tracking, KPIs and reporting.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization and procurement best practices.
Collaborate with global procurement teams to share knowledge and contribute to operational excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in indirect procurement within an international environment.
Strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation and stakeholder engagement.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment.
Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
Experience with ERP and procurement systems (SAP or equivalent) and strong Excel skills.
Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
