We are recruiting for a Bank a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to support its HR team and contribute to an excellent employee experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR administrative activities throughout the employee lifecycle.

• Coordinate onboarding processes, background checks, employee documentation, and work certificates.

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.

• Act as a key point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders on HR-related matters.

• Support absence management, document tracking, and vendor invoice processing.

• Assist with payroll-related activities and employee benefits administration.

• Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and other operational initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and Swiss employment regulations.

Your Profile

• Experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Payroll, or a similar HR support function.

• Swiss HR certification (HRSE) or equivalent business education.

• Good knowledge of Swiss employment practices and regulations.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with HR systems is an advantage.

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Service-oriented, collaborative, and professional approach.

• Fluent in English and French.
