Our client, a leading international banking institution based in Zurich, is seeking an experienced KYC & Client Lifecycle Management Analyst to join its Client Lifecycle Management team on a contract basis.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of client onboarding, KYC reviews, regulatory requirements and account maintenance within a Swiss banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers and Front Office teams throughout the client onboarding and account maintenance lifecycle.

• Review and validate client documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy and regulatory compliance.

• Conduct KYC reviews and client due diligence assessments in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Act as a first line of defence by controlling and validating account opening files and KYC reviews.

• Provide guidance to Front Office teams regarding documentation requirements and onboarding processes.

• Coordinate with Compliance, AML and other internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient client onboarding and periodic reviews.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding and review processes to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Profile Sought

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Lifecycle Management, KYC, Client Onboarding, Account Opening or Account Maintenance within a banking or financial services environment.

• Strong knowledge of Swiss banking regulations, KYC standards, client documentation and AML requirements.

• Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and quality.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with Avaloq is considered a strong advantage.

• Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are highly appreciated.
