Your Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor and project lead for clients within the healthcare and public sectors

• Drive and develop consulting services related to:

  • Financial steering & performance management

  • Organizational and process transformation

  • Operational excellence & efficiency improvement

  • Strategic transformation programs

  • Digitalization initiatives

• Take full ownership of projects and independently lead multidisciplinary teams

• Coach and mentor junior consultants both professionally and personally

• Contribute actively to business development activities, client acquisition, and relationship management

• Expand and strengthen your professional network within the Swiss market

Your Profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field

• Approximately 6–7 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in consulting within the healthcare sector and/or public administration

• Proven experience in business development and consulting sales activities, including:

  • Client acquisition discussions

  • Proposal preparation

  • Presentation of consulting solutions

• Strong understanding of the Swiss healthcare ecosystem, including current trends, regulatory developments, and transformation challenges

• Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Collaborative team player who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced consulting environment

• Fluent German and English are required; French is considered a strong advantage
