Strategic Healthcare Manager

Join a leading consulting environment where innovation, transformation and impact come together. We are looking for an experienced Manager with strong expertise in the healthcare and/or public sector to support clients through complex strategic and operational challenges across Switzerland.
Your Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor and project lead for clients within the healthcare and public sectors
Drive and develop consulting services related to:
Financial steering & performance management
Organizational and process transformation
Operational excellence & efficiency improvement
Strategic transformation programs
Digitalization initiatives
Take full ownership of projects and independently lead multidisciplinary teams
Coach and mentor junior consultants both professionally and personally
Contribute actively to business development activities, client acquisition, and relationship management
Expand and strengthen your professional network within the Swiss market
Your Profile
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field
Approximately 6–7 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in consulting within the healthcare sector and/or public administration
Proven experience in business development and consulting sales activities, including:
Client acquisition discussions
Proposal preparation
Presentation of consulting solutions
Strong understanding of the Swiss healthcare ecosystem, including current trends, regulatory developments, and transformation challenges
Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Collaborative team player who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced consulting environment
Fluent German and English are required; French is considered a strong advantage
