About the Role
Our client, a leading international financial institution, is undertaking a multi-year technology and operations transformation aimed at building a resilient, modern, agile, and client-centric operating platform.
As part of the Strategy & Transformation function, you will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, translating vision into execution, and supporting senior leadership in shaping the future of technology and operations.
This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and requires close interaction with executive stakeholders, technology leaders, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Translate Strategy into Execution
Transform strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
Support the delivery of transformation initiatives across technology and operations.
Lead Strategic Transformation Streams
Examples may include:
AI and cloud adoption initiatives.
Technology modernization and platform transformation.
Agile and modular delivery models.
Investment governance and cost-value optimization.
Operational excellence and service management improvements.
Executive Advisory
Act as a trusted advisor to senior technology and operations leadership.
Contribute to strategic planning, prioritization, and investment decision-making.
Support governance forums and executive steering committees.
Drive Performance and Accountability
Define KPIs and success metrics.
Monitor progress across transformation initiatives.
Ensure alignment between business priorities and technology investments.
Foster Change and Collaboration
Promote cross-functional collaboration.
Support organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to a culture of innovation, quality, and operational excellence.
Profile
University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
5–10 years of experience in management consulting, technology strategy, or financial services environments.
Proven experience in one or more of the following areas:
IT Strategy
CIO / CTO Advisory
Technology Transformation
Strategic Planning & Budgeting
Operating Model Design
Large-scale Change Programs
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to synthesize complex topics and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
Fluent in English and French.
