## About the Project

For one of our international clients operating within a highly demanding and regulated environment, we are looking for an experienced Elastic Observability Consultant to support a large-scale observability transformation initiative.

The objective of the project is to build a modern 360° observability framework across complex infrastructures and applications by consolidating logs, traces, and metrics into a unified platform leveraging Elastic technologies.

The project is currently in a Proof of Concept and business case validation phase, with the ambition to progressively migrate and consolidate multiple monitoring and observability services over the next 2 years.

You will contribute to demonstrating the value of the solution, defining best practices, and supporting both infrastructure and development teams in the adoption of modern observability capabilities.

## Responsibilities

- Bring strong expertise on the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, Beats, APM, SIEM, etc.).

- Support the implementation of a modern observability framework covering logs, traces, and metrics.

- Participate in Proof of Concept activities and help validate the technical and operational value of the platform.

- Support infrastructure and platform engineering teams on the Elastic ecosystem and architecture.

- Assist development teams in the usage of observability tools, dashboards, data mapping, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

- Contribute to the migration and consolidation of monitoring and observability services.

- Participate in the evolution of security monitoring capabilities and SIEM integration within Elastic.

- Define and document standards, governance, best practices, and operational guidelines.

- Collaborate closely with infrastructure, security, DevOps, platform engineering, and development teams.

## Profile

- Strong hands-on experience with Elastic technologies within observability and monitoring environments.

- Strong understanding of logs, metrics, traces, dashboards, and modern observability concepts.

- Experience working in containerized and cloud-native environments (Kubernetes/OpenShift).

- Knowledge of IT security, access management, and SIEM concepts is highly appreciated.

- Comfortable working in cross-functional and highly collaborative environments.

- Ability to explain and simplify complex technical topics to different stakeholders.

- Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.

- Experience within banking or highly regulated environments is a strong plus.

- Fluent in French and English.

## Additional Information

- Initial phase (first 3 months): 100% on-site presence required in the Geneva area.

- In case of extension:

- Long-term project with potential continuation throughout 2026 and 2027 depending on project validation and roadmap progression.
