We are currently supporting a leading international organization in the search for a Specialist in Quality Assurance Policy & Governance to strengthen its global QA framework and governance model.
This role is highly strategic and focuses on shaping policies, driving governance, and supporting large-scale implementation across international health systems.
Role Overview
As a QA Policy & Governance Specialist, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and continuously improving quality assurance frameworks across the full lifecycle of health products.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, compliance, and effective adoption of QA standards globally.
Key Responsibilities
Policy Development & Governance
Develop and enhance QA policies, guidelines, and governance frameworks
Ensure alignment with international regulatory standards (e.g. WHO guidelines)
Monitor effectiveness and impact of QA policies and identify improvement areas
Implementation & Advisory
Support internal teams in the operationalization of QA requirements
Develop procedures and tools to facilitate policy adoption
Provide expert advice to stakeholders across procurement and program teams
Data & Performance
Analyze QA-related data to assess policy effectiveness
Support development of tools for monitoring, reporting, and KPI tracking
Contribute to data-driven decision-making processes
Stakeholder & Partnership Management
Coordinate with international partners, regulatory bodies, and NGOs
Lead collaboration across internal teams to ensure consistent QA approach
Represent QA governance topics in working groups and strategic initiatives
Transformation & Continuous Improvement
Support process simplification, digitization, and automation initiatives
Contribute to organizational transformation and operating model evolution
Profile
Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Engineering, Law, or related field
Strong experience in QA policy, governance, or regulatory environments
Experience working in international or multilateral organizations
Proven ability to work in cross-functional and matrix environments
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills

English: Fluent
French: Professional level is a plus
