We are currently supporting a leading international organization active in global health in the search for a Specialist in Pharmaceutical Products Quality Assurance to join a high-impact supply operations team.
This role plays a key part in ensuring access to safe, effective, and quality-assured medicines across complex international environments.
Role Overview
As a QA Specialist, you will contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance frameworks for pharmaceutical products across global supply chains.
You will work at the intersection of policy, operations, and partnerships, ensuring compliance with international standards while supporting large-scale health programs.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Ensure pharmaceutical products meet international quality, safety, and efficacy standards
Contribute to the development and improvement of QA policies, tools, and guidelines
Support product eligibility verification and compliance processes
Risk & Case Management
Lead investigations related to product quality issues and safety signals
Support risk assessment and mitigation strategies across multiple countries
Maintain tracking and documentation of QA-related incidents and decisions
Partnerships & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with international stakeholders (regulatory authorities, technical partners, manufacturers)
Contribute to harmonization of QA practices across organizations
Represent the organization in relevant working groups and initiatives
Program Support
Provide QA expertise to internal teams supporting health programs
Contribute to operational implementation of QA decisions
Support continuous improvement initiatives across supply operations
Profile
Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical QA, regulatory affairs, or risk management
Experience working with international organizations, NGOs, or public health stakeholders
Strong ability to manage complex, multi-country environments
Analytical mindset with strong communication skills
Languages
English: Fluent
French: Professional level is a plus
