Finance Transformation Senior Manager
Your role
At the heart of Finance transformation, you will support leading organizations in redefining how their Finance function operates and delivers value.
Acting as a strategic partner to Finance leadership, you will drive complex transformation programs across processes, organization, and technology landscapes.
Your responsibilities
Lead and develop Finance transformation engagements, with a strong focus on Target Operating Models and technology enablement
Design and deliver high-impact solutions across key Finance processes: purchase-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, month-end closing
Optimize Finance operating models, including shared service centers (GBS), outsourcing structures, and organizational design
Support Finance leaders in improving efficiency, quality, and overall performance of their functions
Advise on Finance technology landscapes, bringing insights on leading digital and AI-driven solutions
Steer cross-functional transformation programs in complex and international environments
Drive business development, identifying new opportunities and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (CFOs, SVPs, Transformation Leads)
Your profile
7–10 years of experience in Finance transformation within a consulting environment
Strong expertise in:
Target Operating Model design and implementation
Finance process optimization and performance improvement
KPI frameworks, benchmarking, and business case development
Shared service centers, outsourcing, and governance models
Solid understanding of Finance systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft, Workiva) and digital/AI solutions applied to Finance
Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills, with exposure to C-level stakeholders
Fluent in English; German is a strong asset, French is a plus
