We are currently supporting a leading international organization active in the global health sector in the search for an Associate Specialist β Strategy & Partnerships to join its Supply Operations and Strategic Partnerships environment.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact international initiatives focused on improving access to healthcare products, strengthening supply chains, and supporting strategic partnerships across global health ecosystems.
Role Overview
The selected consultant will support the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic partnership initiatives within an international and multicultural environment. The role combines:
strategic coordination,
stakeholder management,
project management,
reporting and executive communication.
The position requires someone highly organized, analytical, and comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and international partners.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of partnership strategies and engagement plans
Coordinate strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams
Prepare high-quality briefing notes, presentations, reports, and executive materials
Organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements
Monitor project progress, deliverables, risks, and timelines
Contribute to reporting activities, including dashboards, analyses, and presentations for senior leadership
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders in an international environment
Profile
Masterβs degree in Business Administration, Global Health, International Relations, or related field
Strong experience in:
strategy,
partnerships,
project management,
stakeholder coordination,
within international or complex organizations
Experience working with international organizations, NGOs, consulting firms, or global health environments is highly valued
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
Proven experience preparing materials for senior audiences and leadership teams
Comfortable working in multicultural and matrix organizations
