Graphic Designer (Print & Digital) – International Organization

We are supporting a leading international organization based in Geneva in the search for a Graphic Designer (Print & Digital) to join their communications team.

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will play a key role in the development and production of a wide range of print and digital communication assets. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will contribute to delivering high-quality, brand-aligned visual content across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce a wide range of print and digital assets, including publications, reports, marketing materials, and social media content

• Create and layout high-quality publications (reports, brochures, presentations) with strong attention to typography and visual consistency

• Ensure all deliverables are aligned with brand guidelines and visual identity standards

• Collaborate with internal teams (communications, marketing, social media) to deliver creative solutions

• Develop templates, infographics, and visual assets to support communication initiatives

• Support image selection, retouching, and optimization for various channels

• Contribute to the overall creative direction and provide design input when needed

Profile

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio across print and digital

• Solid expertise in publication design, layout, and typography

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

• Ability to work within structured environments and brand guidelines

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Experience in corporate, institutional, or international environments is a plus
