About the Role
We are supporting an international organization in the recruitment of an Associate Specialist – Communications to strengthen its corporate and executive communications activities.
In this role, you will contribute to the development of high-impact communications that showcase organizational results and impact. You will support the production of key publications and deliverables, while working closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex information into clear and compelling narratives.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the planning, drafting, and production of key corporate publications and reports
Draft and edit high-quality executive communication materials, including speeches, talking points, and partner communications
Collaborate with internal teams to gather, analyze, and synthesize information on program results and impact
Translate complex technical content into clear, engaging messages for diverse global audiences
Ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all communication outputs
Coordinate inputs and feedback from multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials
Support knowledge management by maintaining and structuring key publications and communication assets
Profile
Education
Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, International Development, or a related field
Experience
2–4 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field
Experience in international and/or multicultural environments
Exposure to large or global organizations is a plus
Interest or experience in development, public health, or international affairs is an asset
Skills
Excellent writing and editing skills in English
Strong ability to synthesize complex information into clear messaging
Good stakeholder management and coordination skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
Languages
Fluent English required
Good working knowledge of French is a plus
