We are seeking an experienced Client Lifecycle Management Specialist to join a dynamic banking environment. In this role, you will play a key part in managing client onboarding, KYC reviews, and account maintenance, ensuring full compliance with Swiss regulatory standards and internal policies.
6 month contract (with strong potential for extension).
You will act as a key partner to the Front Office, contributing to a seamless client experience while maintaining the highest level of regulatory rigor, particularly in relation to KYC and AML requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Front Office in new client onboarding and account maintenance activities.
Advise Front Office teams and clients throughout the account opening and KYC review process, including documentation requirements and regulatory expectations.
Perform first-line controls on account openings and KYC reviews conducted by the Front Office.
Ensure efficient and compliant execution of client lifecycle processes, in line with internal policies and Swiss regulatory frameworks.
Act as a key point of contact between Front Office, Compliance, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) teams.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding and KYC processes to enhance both efficiency and client experience.
Profile & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Services, with a strong focus on client onboarding, KYC reviews, and account maintenance.
Solid knowledge of Swiss banking regulations, KYC standards, and client documentation requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Avaloq is a strong advantage.
Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken).
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with Front Office and internal stakeholders.
