Event Marketing Specialist – Private Banking

We are looking for a dynamic Event Marketing Specialist to support the Head of Marketing within a leading financial institution. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, client experience, and business development, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality events for a demanding private banking clientele.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute high-end financial & lifestyle events from A to Z (concept to delivery)

• Manage budgets, ensure validation, and monitor cost-efficiency

• Coordinate with external vendors and partners (catering, venues, suppliers, agencies)

• Supervise event staff (hostesses, service providers, etc.)

• Oversee logistics and operations, ensuring flawless execution on-site

• Lead event promotion activities (digital & print invitations, campaigns)

• Ensure final validation and readiness prior to each event

• Handle post-event analysis (feedback surveys, reporting, ROI, improvement recommendations)

• Support broader marketing initiatives (client insights, partnerships, publications)

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in event marketing within banking or financial services

• Strong project management capabilities with attention to deadlines and budgets

• Solid understanding of financial markets and private banking environment

• Experience delivering impactful marketing campaigns and client events

• Ability to connect business strategy with marketing execution
