KYC / AML Specialist – Private Wealth Management

We are currently partnering with a well-established player in the Private Wealth Management sector to recruit a KYC / AML Specialist. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the heart of regulatory excellence, supporting complex client structures and high-value portfolios in a dynamic and international environment.

Your role

As a key KYC/AML expert, you will play a central role in ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and supporting business teams across the client lifecycle.

• Act as a trusted advisor on all KYC / AML matters for Private Wealth Management

• Lead and validate client onboarding, periodic reviews, and event-driven remediations

• Analyze and review complex legal structures (trusts, foundations, offshore entities)

• Ensure full compliance with Swiss and international regulations (FINMA, FATF, EU frameworks)

• Provide guidance to Front Office, Compliance, and Operations teams

• Contribute to process optimization and strategic KYC initiatives

• Collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure global alignment of standards

• Escalate sensitive cases and support audit readiness

Your profile

• 3+ years of experience in KYC / AML within private banking or wealth management

• Strong understanding of Swiss regulatory frameworks and international best practices

• Hands-on experience with complex and high-risk client structures

• Excellent analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders

• Fluent in English (French or German is a strong asset)

• Degree in Finance, Law, or Business

• CAMS certification or equivalent is a plus
