Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist (M&E)

We are currently looking for an Associate Specialist in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) to join an international organization based in Geneva.

📍 Geneva – On-site | Temporary contract

Your role
You will contribute to the development and improvement of measurement frameworks, performance monitoring tools, and data systems, supporting large-scale international programs.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and update M&E frameworks and performance indicators

• Collect and consolidate inputs from multiple stakeholders

• Support the design and improvement of data systems and reporting tools

• Ensure data quality, consistency and compliance with M&E standards

• Contribute to UAT, system improvements and process optimization

• Prepare presentations, training materials and support knowledge sharing

Your profile:

• 3–5 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation / Data / Public Health

• Strong experience with data analysis, reporting and Excel

• Experience in project management or cross-functional coordination

• Ability to work in international and multi-stakeholder environments

• Fluent in English (French is a plus)
