Your Impact

In this position, you will play a key role in strengthening underwriting capabilities and driving best practices globally:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of group underwriting and pricing frameworks

• Provide expert guidance on complex underwriting cases, delivering high-value technical insights

• Enhance pricing methodologies and tools through data-driven analysis and innovation

• Support local teams by sharing expertise, delivering training, and elevating underwriting standards

• Conduct portfolio and technical reviews to identify risks and recommend actionable improvements

• Collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across markets

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in group pricing and/or scheme underwriting
  (Life, Disability, Health insurance or reinsurance)

• Proven expertise in group underwriting (individual underwriting alone is not sufficient)

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions

• Experience in an international and multi-market environment

• Solid understanding of group protection products and underwriting principles

• Actuarial background is a strong advantage

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
