Senior Consultant / Manager – SAP Finance & Sustainability

A leading consulting firm is looking for a Senior Consultant / Manager to strengthen its SAP Finance & Sustainability practice.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact transformation projects, helping organizations optimize their finance functions and integrate sustainability into their core processes.

Your Role

  • Advise clients on SAP Finance and sustainability transformation initiatives

  • Analyze business processes and deliver optimization recommendations

  • Design and implement SAP solutions aligned with business needs

  • Contribute to large-scale transformation programs (S/4HANA environment)

  • Work on sustainability-related topics (CSRD, ESRS, CBAM, etc.)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support client engagements across Europe

Your Profile

  • University degree or equivalent (Finance, Business, IT, or related field)

  • Experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO) consulting

  • Exposure to sustainability frameworks and regulations

  • Hands-on experience with SAP modules such as FI, CO, Sustainability Control Tower (SCT) and/or Sustainability Footprint Management (SFM)

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Fluent in English and German

  • Willingness to travel within Europe
