Helvetic Payroll is growing in German-speaking Switzerland, and we’re looking for a driven and relationship-oriented professional to join our team in Zurich.

đź’Ľ Your mission

You will play a key role in developing our presence in Zurich and across the German-speaking region by:

• Driving new business through proactive prospecting

• Managing and growing an existing client portfolio

• Building strong relationships with HR, procurement, finance, and operational stakeholders

• Leading the full sales cycle from acquisition to closing

• Delivering tailored workforce and payrolling solutions

🎯 Your profile

• Experience in business development, account management, or consultative sales

• Background in staffing, recruitment, consulting, or B2B services

• Strong ability to win new clients and grow accounts

• Fluent German (mandatory) and professional English (French is a plus)

• Strong connection to the Zurich market
