Director Cybersecurity & Digital Risk

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Director to lead and grow a cybersecurity advisory practice focused on manufacturing, pharma and industrial sectors.

In this role, you will drive strategic client engagements, lead large transformation programs, and build long-term relationships with major international clients. You will also play a key role in developing the cybersecurity business and leading high-performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity transformation programs for large international organizations

• Develop and grow strategic client relationships and key accounts

• Identify new market opportunities and drive business development

• Advise clients on cyber strategy, risk management and operating models

• Lead projects related to OT security, supply chain security, IAM and managed security services

• Build and develop high-performing consulting teams

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across IT, risk, engineering and operations

Profile

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting or security leadership

• Strong exposure to manufacturing, pharma or industrial environments

• Expertise in areas such as:

  • OT Security

  • Cyber strategy & transformation

  • Supply chain security

  • Identity & Access Management

  • Managed security services

• Strong business development and client relationship skills

• Experience leading large transformation or global security programs

• Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST, IEC/ISA security standards is a plus

• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent English (German or French is a plus)
