Employment framework

If selected for an assignment:

• you will be employed by Helvetic Payroll under a Swiss employment contract

• you will perform your work within a client organisation

• salary administration and social security contributions are handled by Helvetic Payroll

• administrative compliance and, where applicable, work permit procedures are managed by our team

Location

Assignments across Switzerland (Zurich, Basel, Geneva, Lausanne), on-site or hybrid depending on the project.

About Helvetic Payroll

Helvetic Payroll is a Swiss company specialised in the employment and administrative management of personnel assigned to client projects in Switzerland (staff leasing model under Swiss labour leasing regulations – LSE/AVG).

Selected candidates are employed directly by Helvetic Payroll under a Swiss employment contract and perform their assignment for one of our client organisations.

We manage the contractual, administrative and social security aspects of the employment relationship, allowing both the client and the employee to operate within the Swiss legal framework.
