Audit Manager – Asset Management & Investment Funds
Join a leading audit team specialized in Asset Management, operating in a high-standard, international environment. The team goes beyond traditional financial statement audits to support asset managers, management companies, and investment funds in navigating evolving regulatory frameworks, assessing risks, and optimizing business processes.

Your Impact
Lead and manage financial and regulatory audits of asset managers, management companies, and traditional, real estate, and alternative investment funds.
Actively contribute to defining the audit strategy and ensure full compliance with applicable auditing standards and methodologies.
Supervise, support, and coach audit teams, fostering a collaborative culture and supporting continuous professional development.
Prepare audit files for senior review and participate in the presentation of audit findings to management and Boards of Directors.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing high-quality advice on technical accounting, audit, and regulatory matters.
Monitor regulatory developments and support clients in adapting to new requirements, including ESG reporting and other emerging trends.
Your Profile
Swiss Certified Public Accountant qualification or an equivalent certification (ACCA, ACA, CPA).
Minimum 5 years of experience in external audit within the Asset Management industry (asset managers, funds, investment vehicles).
Strong leadership mindset with a genuine interest in mentoring and coaching junior team members.
High affinity for IT and digital tools, with practical experience in data analytics and Big Data solutions (e.g. Alteryx, Power BI) to enhance audit efficiency and transformation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, with a strong command of English.
