Wealth Management Assistant
We are recruiting a Wealth Management Assistant to join a management company in the asset management / banking sector. You will support operations, client servicing and administrative processes within a small, professional team based in Geneva.
Scope & priorities
The role covers four primary responsibilities:
Administrative and operational support (file management, mailings, record keeping)
Client servicing and onboarding assistance
Financial administration (invoices, vendor follow-up, basic reconciliations)
Compliance support and document preparation for internal stakeholders
Other important elements
Orientation: execution & support
Work split: primarily office-based with occasional meetings on client sites
Interaction with internal teams (portfolio managers, compliance, operations)
Preparation and filing of client documentation and regulatory forms
Support for periodic reporting and simple data extractions
Technical skills required
Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with banking or fund administration systems is an advantage
Knowledge of basic accounting and invoice processing
Familiarity with KYC/AML procedures desirable
Ability to prepare clear presentations and summaries for stakeholders
Project & team collaboration
Work in direct support of senior management and operations lead
Autonomy level: shared within a small team; you will take ownership of routine tasks
Tasks may include cross-functional support depending on business needs
Your profile
Tertiary education in administration, finance, banking or equivalent
Previous experience within asset management, banking or corporate services is preferred
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good interpersonal and communication skills; client-oriented
Discreet and reliable when handling confidential information
Proactive, team player and able to prioritise effectively
