SAP S/4HANA Consultant – Finance Focus

SAP Consultant – Finance / Controlling (Junior–Mid Level)

We support leading organizations in designing, delivering and optimizing SAP-driven finance transformations. Our teams work closely with clients to translate business needs into robust SAP solutions, ensuring scalable, compliant and high-performance systems, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP.

Your role

  • Contribute to complex, large-scale SAP transformation programmes in Switzerland and across Europe

  • Support clients throughout the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from concept and design to go-live and post-implementation support

  • Take responsibility for defined workstreams or sub-project activities within new SAP implementations

  • Configure, enhance and optimize standard SAP Finance & Controlling solutions

  • Participate in the development and integration of custom applications and interfaces within heterogeneous IT landscapes

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in an international consulting environment

Your profile

  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) or equivalent professional qualification

  • Up to 5 years of professional experience, ideally in SAP consulting, finance transformation or audit/advisory environments

  • Solid understanding of business processes and process optimization methodologies

  • Hands-on experience with at least one SAP module (e.g. FI, CO, TRM, Analytics, S/4HANA)

  • First experience in SAP Finance & Controlling, with good fundamentals in financial accounting and controlling

  • Strong analytical skills, structured thinking and clear communication

  • Fluent in English, German & French ans asset

  • High level of mobility and willingness to travel within Europe
