Junior Consultant – Transformation

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior consultants in the design and implementation of managed services adapted to client needs (scope, scale, speed).

• Contribute to client projects addressing regulatory evolution, operational efficiency and digital transformation.

• Assist in the preparation of financial, operational and service-delivery models.

• Participate in the setup and documentation of delivery models such as As-a-Service, Build-Operate-Transfer or captive structures.

• Apply structured methodologies and governance frameworks under supervision.

• Prepare analyses, presentations and project documentation for internal teams and clients.

Profile & Skills

• 0–3 years of experience, including internships or graduate programs, in consulting, financial services, project management or a related field.

• Strong interest in financial services and transformation topics.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to structure information clearly.

• Comfortable working in team environments and interacting with multiple stakeholders.

• Fluency in German and English is mandatory; French or Swiss German is a strong asset.

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business, Economics, Finance, IT or a related discipline.

• First exposure to international or multi-cultural project environments is a plus.
