Our client is seeking a KYC Expert (CWR) to strengthen its Client Lifecycle Management team for a long-term mission of ~9 months, with a strong focus on Private Wealth Management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of expertise for all KYC/AML matters within the Private Wealth Management perimeter
• Lead and review onboarding, periodic reviews, and event-driven KYC processes across low, medium, and high-risk accounts
• Analyse and validate legal and corporate documentation, including for complex structures (trusts, foundations, offshore entities, multi-layered holdings)
• Interpret and apply Swiss and international regulatory frameworks (FINMA, FATF, EU, etc.)
• Provide advisory support to Front Office, Compliance, and Operations regarding KYC and client due diligence requirements
• Contribute to process optimisation, strategic KYC initiatives, and system enhancements
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment with international KYC standards
• Escalate high-risk or sensitive cases and assist in preparing materials for internal or external audits

Skills & Profile

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in KYC/AML within private banking or wealth management
• Solid understanding of Swiss and international regulations and industry best practices
• Demonstrated ability to assess and manage complex client structures and high-risk profiles
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
• Fluency in English + Spanish OR Portuguese
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business, or related field; CAMS certification is a strong plus
